Anti-Fraud Policy

Shaolin Template takes fraud cases seriously. It is considered a crime to use our services without proper permission and consent or to do business transactions with false credit card, or false or stolen credit card numbers.

Shaolin Template’s Anti-Fraud Policy includes:

·         development and maintenance of effective controls to avoid fraudulent cases

·         implement strict and immediate investigation if fraud happens

·         take necessary legal or disciplinary action against those who commit/committed fraud

·         implement disciplinary action against employees who have contributed to the act of fraud

·         evaluate systems and procedures to guarantee that similar fraudulent cases won’t arise

·         we continually employ measures to prevent, detect and effectively manage fraud

Likewise, the following principles and policies are upheld by Shaolin Template:

·         Shaolin Template sees to it that its staff and other professionals uphold standards of propriety with honesty and integrity particularly in fulfilling duties.  

·         Shaolin Template will not tolerate any form of fraud and will employ due measures to settle fraudulent cases. 

·         Shaolin Template is willing to coordinate with any external investigating body.

·         Shaolin Template can issue a refund in the event that money is lost due to fraud.

All employees working for Shaolin Template are obligated to report details of fraud to the security manager. That is, even under the suspicion, proper warning should already be released. In order to prevent or minimize the incidences of fraud, credit card billing address and card holder names go through an organized verification process. Anyone guilty of credit card fraud will be reported accordingly. Shaolin Template does not proceed with transactions unless credit cards are fully verified. The anti-fraud procedures of Shaolin Template are stringent enough to ensure no fraudulent credit card can be used. All ill information will be reported to corresponding authorities.

Shaolin Template reserves the right to update its Anti-Fraud Policy without reasonable notice. The updated version will always be published on our site.
